Arriving by Car

1. Directions from the M25

Exit Junction 12, heading Eastbound towards London.

(The M3 becomes the A316 after approx. 6 miles), take the 4th exit off the A316 signposted "Apex Corner, Heathrow and Kingston."

Take the 5th turning (4th exit) off this roundabout, following the A312 - Kingston.
* Continue down this road, past Sainsbury's, across two mini-roundabouts down to the traffic lights at the junction of Hampton High Street - A311.

Turn left and follow this road North.

Take the 2nd turning on the left (after the zebra crossing) into Holly Road.

2. Directions from London

Follow the A4 westbound until reaching the Hogarth Roundabout @ the Fuller Smith & Turner Brewery, take the first major exit - A316 towards Richmond (M3) for approx 10 miles until reaching Apex Corner, A312 - Heathrow and Kingston.
Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout - A312 Kingston, and then follow as * above.

Take the A3 Southbound and follow the signs to Hampton Court Palace - see heading 3.

3. Directions from Hampton Court

Go North over Hampton Court Bridge, turn left at the Roundabout and follow the A308 westbound (towards Kempton Park) approx. 1 mile. Turn right at the filter lane before the Bell Public House (and church), into Church Street (A311), this becomes High Street, follow this road through 2 sets of traffic lights. Take the 2nd turning on the left (after the zebra crossing) into Holly Road.

Arriving by Public Transport

1. Train

We are in the midst of several mainline stations all serviced by trains from Waterloo;

Fulwell (R70), Hampton, Hampton Court (R68), Teddington R68, 285), Twickenham

Fulwell and Teddington are the closest, but Twickenham has the most frequent services, (numbers in brackets are direct bus services from station to The Star bus stop Hampton Hill), also please see below for local mini cab companies.

2. Air

We are approximately 30-40 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport. Whilst black cabs are available at the airport it is often cheaper and quicker to have pre-booked a mini cab to meet your flight.

The entrance to St Clare Business Park is marked a short way up Holly Road on the right hand side.

You will see Holly House (2 storey brick building) in front of you as you drive in, additional parking is available across the business park, please follow the road round this building to the far right hand corner of the estate (left, right, continue to end then last right).
