Production Manager Role A vacancy for a talented, hard-working individual Joining a small focused design team, the candidate must be enthusiastic and highly motivated to undertake all aspects of procurement and production management. A team player with excellent communication skills is required. CableFree designs and manufactures a diverse range of optical wireless and radio communication equipment for professional outdoor use. Our products are used in mission-critical applications in over 50 countries. Candidate must have: - Suitable qualifications - minimum 3 years professional experience in electronic product manufacture and procurement - Familiarity with current ISO9001 procedures - Familiarity with latest EU ROHS and WEE requirements - Product compliance engineering (EMC, CE etc) - Vendor selection and Supply Chain Management - Microsoft Office applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Some of the following an advantage - Current employment legislation - Knowledge of wireless communication market The role will be based at our Hampton Hill, Middlesex office. Some work is customer-facing including liaising with clients. Candidate must be prepared to visit suppliers, travel in UK at short notice and ensure production output meets customer deadlines.
